market, I picked up this heirloom variety of green beans from Tim at the Festina Lente booth. They are called rattlesnake green beans because of the markings on the beans. Even though we eat Paleo and legumes are typically frowned upon, we have decided that we are ok with peas and green beans. These green beans are especially nice because they are really tender. If you get a chance you should definitely try some!
