This was our first year growing potatoes. We are still learning about everything in the garden and feel like such novices when it comes to growing our own food. So we were thrilled beyond words when we dug into the ground yesterday and found these waiting for us. Digging for potatoes almost feels like treasure hunting and these were tasty treasures for sure. I couldn't resist cooking just a few today.
