A Free String of Lights

Seth and I went out and about with Carmella and Jaynie Beth today and while we were at the local Consignment Corner, I picked up these fun patio lights. They were in the "free bin" outside and I snatched them up in a hurry. The shades have quite a few snags and tears, but the lights still work just fine and they are just so fun and festive. So what do you do with a free string of fun lights? You have a fiesta, of course!

You can make this Mac 'n Cheese with Salsa Verde
(plus add cooked shredded chicken and cilantro)...

Then you can string your lights from a tree. Hang up paper lanterns and enjoy dinner in the backyard. You can even bring out the sombrero...because you are sure to get some laughs!
