Local Bounty: Asparagus & Butterhead Lettuce

This morning Seth and I headed to the Farmer's Market and we picked up several vegetables and even some beef patties. I thought I would showcase two foods, asparagus and a huge, huge head of butterhead lettuce. I am thinking an asparagus omelet would be simply delicious tomorrow morning. As for some of the lettuce, it was lovely on my burger this evening.
